The theatre’s terms of use

1. Who runs the theatre

These terms govern your use of velvetpuppettheatre.com ("Velvet Puppet Theatre", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of velvetpuppettheatre.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may pass the stage door

Velvet Puppet Theatre is open only to users aged 19 or over, and using it confirms that you are 19 or over.

3. Prop coins

• Every show runs on virtual coins we supply at no charge.
• Coins are stage props with no monetary value: not money, not credit, not property.
• No coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and the app has no purchases of any kind.
• We offer no prize with real-world value.
• We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any point in the run.

4. No real money on this stage

Real-money gambling is not offered or promoted by Velvet Puppet Theatre, which also carries no links to gambling operators.

5. Dressing rooms (your account)

• Beyond the open overture, the other two shows require a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Your password is yours alone. If someone else has used your account, let us know straight away.
• Your account page lets you delete the account whenever you choose; deletion takes effect at once and is permanent.
• We may suspend any account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe belongs to a person under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions hang in the account’s dressing room rather than in your ownership, and they may be reset.

6. Behaviour in the house

Do not try to disrupt the site, turn automated tools on it, offer coins for trade, or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. Running order and liability

The site comes "as is", and any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights stay as they are.

8. The law behind the curtain

The laws of the Province of Ontario, together with the federal laws of Canada applying there, govern these terms.
